How to find your child's score report

Step 1 — Get the access code from your child's school. The school will either print it on a letter sent home or make it available through their parent portal. It is a 6-character alphanumeric code unique to your child. If you haven't received it, contact your child's school office directly and ask for the "STAAR Family Access Code."

Step 2 — Go to TexasAssessment.gov and click "Family Portal." Enter your child's access code along with basic family information when prompted.

Step 3 — Download the PDF report card (usually 2–3 pages). Upload it below, or take screenshots of each page and upload those.
